A workshop where we make signs that hang around people's necks with a simple set of patching "objects". The signs could be written on A4 wirebound pads hanging around people's necks. Then we could go to a different page to write new instructions or use the pads as some kind of stack :)
The objects could be like (please add to this list or subtract if necessary):
Control Objects
- metro
- select
- counter (a simple version that just counts up by 1's, it'd be silly to have 5 inlets...)
- trigger
- add
- subtract
- multiply
Audio Objects
The person makes a sound of some sort
- sing (sing a note)
- sound (make a sound)
- clap (clap your hands)
- drum (beat a drum)
- ?
Drawing Objects
Think of the person(s) as the "pen"
- circle (slowly draw a circle by moving the "pen" in a circle)
- rotate (spin the "pen")
- square (requires 4 "pens")
- nurbs (this could be fun, 4 or more people under a sheet making a 3D surface)
