People With Their Own Transport
Greenman - has a small car and three people in it. May need to leave on Sunday. Can carry small thing.
Alex Z. - planning to bring a car. Quite full with workshop stuff, but should be enough space for some things and one passenger.
Alex A - will be driving down from Oxford, happy to bring any supplies and passengers.
Annie & Carl - driving from South London - car might be quite full but we can fit a bit extra stuff in.
Liz - can do lifts from station and/or transport food/other stuff Sat am (driving from Godalming, which in itself may not be much use to anyone!) and can take 2 passengers back to London Sun night/early Mon.

I'm happy to man the bar and make cocktails for folks! Actually building a physical bar? Probably not.
- How about everybody decides on their fave cocktail and brings the ingredients? Karo, Antosh and I will bring the stuff that Caipirinhas are made of ;) (Sim)
Sorry I don't have time to sort out quantities, will be happy with what we can get, so consider this a "wish list" that can be added to (or subtracted from) as the case may be.
For the non-alcoholic stuff, does it look like there might be room in the food budget for any of that since it can be used for other things?
Things I have and can bring: - cocktail shakers - corkscrews/bottle openers - cocktail recipe books - elderflower cordial - lavendar syrup
Booze that are always good to have in stock: - gin - vodka - rum - whiskey (blended or Jack Daniels, something like that) - brandy/cognac - tequila
Good alcholol to mix with the basics: - kahlua - some sort of orange liqueur (bols, triple sec, grand marnier) - nutty ones - frangelico, amaretto, etc. - any of those horrible fruity schnapps things (sorry, I'm biased)
Non-alcoholic mixers and add-ons: - lemons - limes - very fine sugar - mint - basil - orange juice - cranberry juice - tonic - club soda - ginger ale and/or beer - cola - lemonade - fresh fruits: berries, apples, oranges... - jam
