Miso-Tahini Spread

Miso-Tahini Spread (yield: 2 cups)

  • 1/3 cup mellow barley miso
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/3 cups tahini


Combine the miso with the water and puree until creamy. Add tahini until smooth. Refrigerate - keeps up to 5 days


NOTE: If recipe is multiplied by 7 (for 50 people), 3.5 cups of water is equal to .82 litres
