Transportation

Parking space limited, and we'd like to avoid the extra expense of car hire. So its really important we make the most of people who have their own vehicles and plan to drive to the site.

  • Liz P - driving from London WC1 Friday afternoon, back Sunday evening, 2 spaces in car 07917 488978
  • SteveC probably driving from reigate / redhill (which is on the london to brighton line) on the Friday, back on the Sunday. Space for two people probably.
  • Alex Z. I'm planning to drive from Acton, W3. Will need most of the space in the car to transport stuff (especially if building a geodesic dome). Might have one spare space. Not sure yet about travel times yet.
  • Kat F - will be driving down from SW London on Friday early pm and now have a couple of spare seats if anyone wants to come with: let me know on list if you do.
  • Iain S - Bringing my camper van down from Maidenhead on Friday. Back on Sunday or Monday (not sure).
  • Bryan C - driving down from London on Friday. Back on Monday. 2 spare spaces in the car. Email me for a space - bryan@inspiredsignage.com
  • Adnan H - driving sat morning from finnsbury park, london. will pick up stuff from heather, back on monday, place for 3 persons or stuff (depending on the load from heather)
  • Is is possible that someone could take tents/sleeping bags down from london on behalf of 3 cyclists/train takers? We could drop our tents to you on Thursday in south east or east london preferably? (on behalf of: Julie, Sophie, Sarah)
    • If no better offers, I can transport from Putney SW15 katF

  • CarlC - Although our car will be full on the way down, I can pick people up from local train/bus stops for a lift to site. We will be at camp from early afternoon Friday to Monday lunchtime-ish, if you need a lift call me on 07941 822 347.
  • Kat B and Geoff B are driving from Brixton, so shout if you need us to carry soemthing for you. We might be leaving Friday 5 pm or early morning Saturday, most likely., depends on work 07769633100
