DorkLake11 Menu
From DorkbotLondon
We will have a kitchen, it seems to be well equipped with large oven range, fridge and freezer but full info is pending a recce.
The kitchen will be vegetarian for reasons of hygiene as well as consideration of vegetarian campers. Campers are welcome to bring meat to cook outdoors though, including on the camp fire.
If you're up for organising one or more of the meals please fill in your chosen meal with your name and what you'd like to make. If you're just up for helping a chef with chopping etc put your name down as a sous chef. We'll have somewhere in the region of 50 people to feed. At some point we will need a list of ingredients and quantities, as we will order it all online to be delivered straight to the site.
Everyone will be expected to help with washing up...
For inspiration see past years: 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009
- Please bring your own cutlery: plates, cups, knife, fork, spoon
- All the camp food will be vegetarian, if you need meat, you will need to bring your own to enhance your food.
